Neurodiversity & Workplace Inclusion
Awareness Course / Visit
Service Description
A day visit to your organisation to deliver talks and activities around how you can adopt a more inclusive environment for neurodivergent employees and making interviews more accessible for neurodivergent individuals. Delivered by Katie, our director, who is a late diagnosed autistic with experience in a range of settings where barriers to work and to an inclusive workspace have been evident. Katie discusses the benefits of hiring neurodivergent individuals and why reasonable adjustments should be made. There's also a chance for employees to chat with Katie and fill in questionnaires on how the organisation could be more inclusive, which can then be handed back to your management team for review.
